
Isaac Wayne (1772-25 October 1852) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-PA 4) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825, succeeding James S. Mitchell and preceding Charles Miner. Born in Easttown Township, the son of Anthony Wayne, he practiced law before serving in the state house from 1799 to 1801 and 1806, in the state senate from 1807 to 1810, as a cavalry captain during the War of 1812, and in Congress.
