
Isaac Whitbeck Van Schaick (7 December 1817-22 August 1901) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-WI 4) from 4 March 1885 to 3 March 1887 (succeeding Peter V. Deuster and preceding Henry Smith) and from 4 March 1889 to 3 March 1891 (succeeding Smith and preceding John L. Mitchell). Born in Coxsackie, New York, he was raised in Chicago and Milwaukee before serving on the common council, in both houses of the state legislature, and in Congress. He moved to Catonsville, Maryland in 1894, and he died there in 1901.
