Isaac Anderson

Isaac Anderson (23 November 1760 – 27 October 1838) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-PA 3) from 4 March 1803 to 3 March 1807, succeeding Joseph Hemphill.

Biography[]

Isaac Anderson was born in Charlestown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania in 1760, and he served as a Continental Army dispatch carrier during the American Revolutionary War before serving as a Charlestown justice of the peace for several years, in the State House in 1801, and in the US House of Representatives from 1803 to 1807. He died in 1838.
