Inguburh Graves (836-December 875) was a Northumbrian Roman Catholic priest who lived in York, Yorkshire during the late 9th century AD. Graves served at York Minster, where he was appalled to see Abbess Ingeborg burning Christian texts. Inguburh attempted to convince Ingeborg to come back to the faith and repent for her actions, but Ingeborg took Inguburh's refusal to join her as an indication that Inguburh was against her, and she then pushed him into a bonfire of burning texts, killing him. After Eivor assassinated Ingeborg, he removed Inguburh's body from the bonfire to prevent his body from being destroyed.
