The Infiltration of Campo Ana occurred in 2019 when a team of American special forces operatives infiltrated the town of Campo Ana in Bolivia's Ocoro department during Operation Kingslayer.
With the Santa Blanca Cartel buchones Zapatero Gonzalez and Gloria Fernandez eliminated in Itacua department, Major Anthony Perryman and his Ghost Recon team was redeployed to the Ocoro department to hunt down the drug trafficker Rudolfo "El Yayo" Yana's grandson Gonzalo "El Emisario" Yana. The team used a helicopter taken from Bocca Farm to insert into Campo Ana at night, and they proceeded to raid several cartel-occupied houses before finding a computer detailing El Emisario's use of a slaughterhouse for cocaine production. They also captured and interrogated the cartel lieutenant Adán Valerio, and, in order to bolster Kataris 26 in the region, they activated a radio transmission and defended it from waves of cartel sicarios who attempted to shut it down. After the broadcast finished, the Americans killed the last of the sicarios before heading out to destroy El Emisario's factory.
