Inca Camina is a highland province of Bolivia, located along the Peruvian border, and with Julpe Alto as its capital. Inca Camina is the highest province in Bolivia, peaking at more than 5,000 meters. Extreme conditions meant that the only possible activity in lower areas was llama breeding. Julpe Alto and Inca Chaca housed more llamas than humans, while Nuevo Mundo was founded by refugees fleeing the Santa Blanca Cartel. The province has many mountain passes leading to Peru, including the remains of Inca roads, which gave the province its name. Railroads connect these passes to Peru, and the Santa Blanca Cartel used these railroads and a lack of surveillance to buy a part of its cocaine from Peru.
