The Imperial War Museum is a British national museum located on Lambeth Road in Lambeth, London Borough of London, England. It was founded in 1917 in honor of World War I, and it rapidly expanded following World War II and was redeveloped from the 1980s to 2000s with help from large charitable donations and government funding.
