Illya Ivanovych Bozhko (died 25 May 1655) was a Ukrainian Cossack soldier in the service of the Cossack Hetmanate during the Khmelnytsky Uprising. He was slain in battle with the Poles at the Battle of Bereznyaki in 1655.
