llijaz Pilav (1965-) was a Bosnian politician and medic who served on the Srebrenica town council. He was a general practicioner at the outset of the Bosnian War in 1992, and he served as a hospital surgeon in Srebrenica at the time of the Srebrenica massacre; he was said to have been the last man to leave Srebrenica, having heroically worked to save lives. He later moved to Sarajevo.
