Iliana Holguin was an American immigration attorney from El Paso who served as the Chairwoman of the El Paso Democratic Party during the 2010s. On 6 August 2019, four days after a white supremacist terrorist attack on El Paso, she expressed her opposition to the Republican president Donald Trump visiting El Paso, as she feared that he would only bring more division to the city.
