Ihor Shpak was a Ukrainian Ground Forces colonel who commanded the 1st Severia Tank Brigade during the Russo-Ukrainian War. During the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, he commanded the defense of Chernihiv from the Russian invaders.
