Ignacio Astarloa (10 September 1955-) was a member of the Spanish Congress of Deputies from Vizcaya. He was a member of the People's Party of Spain.

Ignacio Astarloa was born in Madrid, Spain on 10 September 1955, and he worked as a businessman before becoming Under-Secretary of State for Justice under Angel Acebes in 2000. In 2002, he became Secretary of State for Security, and he was elected to the Congress of Deputies in 2004 as the representative from Vizcaya Province, serving as a member of the conservative People's Party of Spain. From 2004 to 2008, he served as Secretary for Liberty, Security, and Justice within the People's Party, but he resigned from this post in 2008 due to disagreements with Mariano Rajoy; nevertheless, he remained in congress.
