Ibrahim Biari (died 31 October 2023) was a Palestinian Hamas commander. He commanded the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades' Central Jabaliya Battalion during the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and he was responsible for a deadly 2004 attack on Ashdod and for rocket attacks against Israel. He was killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Jabalia refugee camp during Operation Iron Swords in 2023.
