Huo Xinya (1976-) was a Pavano crime family associate and a member of the Carjack Crew.
Biography[]
Huo Xinya was born in Sunnyside, Queens, New York City in 1976 to a family of Chinese immigrants. Huo was involved with burglaries during his late teens, specializing in stealing televisions and electronics. He later moved on to stealing cars, and Mafia soldier Speedy Jack recruited him into his "Carjack Crew" in 2008. Huo stole cars for the Mafia and drove them to parking lots, where they were stored until they could be sold.
