Hugo Alarcón Carrasquill (1989-2 July 2022) was an American policeman who served in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) during the 2020s. In 2022, he and several other corrupt policemen were killed in a massive shootout with the criminal Slugs Piombino and one of his associates at a freight yard in Los Angeles.
