Huang Jingguo (born 1965) was a Chinese immigrant resident of Dotonbori, Osaka during the 1980s. He frequented the Mahjong Jambalaya social club, and, on 15 December 1988, doctor Liao Jianjun convinced him and a few other local Chinese men to attempt to kill Goro Majima, whom he feared was aiming to murder Wen Hai Lee at the social club. However, Majima beat down all of them in the ensuing brawl, and he formed a tacit alliance with Lee to protect Makoto Makimura shortly after.
