Hu Zhen (?-190) was an officer under Dong Zhuo. He fought against Yuan Shao and the coalition against Dong Zhuo at Sishui Gate. Serving as a general under Hua Xiong, he took 5,000 troops into battle but was defeated by Sun Jian's officer, Cheng Pu.
