Howell "Howie" Farrell Sr. (1945-16 January 2013) was a Republican political operative in Louisiana during the late 20th century. From 1989 to 1999, he managed the white supremacist David Duke's political campaigns, and white supremacists used Farrell's devout Catholic faith to prove that Duke was not anti-Catholic. In 2003, he and Kenny Knight successfully urged people not to vote for gubernatorial candidate Bobby Jindal after he said that he did not want the votes of previous Duke voters due to their racism.
