Howard Jerome Diller (20 December 1929-1 August 2004) was an American lawyer who represented Kevin Richardson in the 1990 Central Park jogger case. He was perhaps the least vocal of the lawyers, and he opposed Colin Moore's suggestion to get Al Sharpton involved, as he did not want to make the case focused on race.
