Horatio Carlin (12 June 1994 - August 2016) was an American programmer, hacker and DedSec member from San Francisco, California.
Carlin was kidnapped by Tezcas gang members and stabbed to death in 2016. His friend Marcus Holloway took vengeance against the Tezcas in order to send a message and ensure that they would not attack DedSec again.

Horatio Carlin was born in Oakland, California on June 12th 1994 to an African-American family. Being raised in a troubled household, Carlin became a coder at an early age to gain some control over his life. In 2013, Carlin became a programmer for Google but was convinced by DedSec member Sitara Dhawan to join their hacktivist group.
