Horace Binney (4 January 1780-12 August 1875) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-PA 2) from 4 March 1833 to 3 March 1835, succeeding Henry Horn and preceding Joseph Reed Ingersoll. Born in Philadelphia, he practiced law before serving in the state legislature in 1806 and 1807 and in Congress.
