Hirotsugu Furukawa

Hirotsugu Furukawa (born 1943) was a Japanese yakuza criminal who was affiliated with the Taihei Association subsidiary of the Tojo-kai clan of Tokyo during the 1980s. On 15 December 1988, he was sent to hunt down the fugitive ex-yakuza Kazuma Kiryu during the Dojima-gumi's manhunt for Kiryu in Kabukicho, but he was among the dozens of yakuza to be beaten down by Kiryu during his escape.
