Hiroji Ishida (born 1963) was a Japanese yakuza who was affiliated with the Shimano-gumi subsidiary of the Tojo-kai in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 2000s. On 11 December 2005, he and several other Shimano-gumi henchmen were beaten down in a massive brawl with the Kazama-gumi at Shibaura wharf.
