Hiroaki Izumi (born 1935) was a Japanese yakuza who was affiliated with the Dojima-gumi subsidiary of the Tojo-kai in Tokyo during the 1980s. In January 1989, he and several of his fellow yakuza attempted to ambush the Dojima-gumi yakuza Kazuma Kiryu on the streets of Kabukicho, but Kiryu beat them down in a street brawl.
