Hiram McCourtney (born 1939) was a Dixie Mafia drug pusher.
Biography[]
Hiram McCourtney was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1939, and he became a member of the Dixie Mafia gang. McCourtney became a drug pusher in Merle Jackson's crew, operating out of a bar in Delray Hollow. In 1968, Lincoln Clay arrived at the bar and interrogated McCourtney, who told him that Jackson had enforcers patrolling the Hollow. Clay decided to spare him so that he could work for him instead.
