Hiram B. Warner

Hiram B. Warner (29 October 1802-30 June 1881) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-GA 4) from 4 March 1855 to 3 March 1857, succeeding William B.W. Dent and preceding Lucius J. Gartrell. Born in Williamsburg, Massachusetts, he was raised in Georgia and practiced law in Knoxville before serving in the general assembly from 1828 to 1831, as a superior court judge from 1833 to 1840, as a state supreme court justice from 1846 to 1853, in Congress, as a circuit court judge from 1865 to 1867, and as chief justice of the state supreme court from 1867 to 1880.
