Hind Alameh (1955-18 October 1977) was a PFLP guerrilla who took part in the hijacking of Lufthansa Flight 181 in 1977. On 13 October 1977, she assisted in the hijacking of the plane, and it was flown to Mogadishu, Somalia. When SAS commandos threw stun grenades at the aircraft during a rescue attempt on 18 October, Alameh ran towards the rear doors to protect the plane. She never made it, as the first GSG-9 commando through the door pumped bullets into her body before she could fire a single shot.
