Hidetoshi Hoga (born 1967) was a Japanese yakuza who was affiliated with the Kazama-gumi subsidiary of the Tojo-kai. In 2005, he and Shoko Matsubara attempted to apprehend Kazuma Kiryu after catching him kneeling beside their wounded oyabun, Shintaro Kazama, at the Tojo headquarters during Masaru Sera's funeral, only for Kiryu to throw Hoga through a window and escape through it himself.
