Hidenaga Toyotomi (8 April 1540 – 15 February 1591) was a half-brother of Hideyoshi Toyotomi and a general of the Toyotomi clan. He promoted Takatora Todo to chief engineer, led Hideyoshi's vanguard force during his conquest of Kyushu, and governed Kii, Izumi, and Yamato Provinces. Having been his brother's brain and right-arm, he died in 1591.
