Hideaki Tokuyama (1545-1606) was the daimyo of the Tokushima Domain. Originally a general for the Oda and Shibata, he later served Nagahide Niwa and Toshiie Maeda. In 1600 he joined Ieyasu Tokugawa in the Battle of Sekigahara, and was given 5,000 koku in Mino Province.
