Herman Frank Cash (25 July 1918 – 7 February 1994) was a Ku Klux Klan member and a possible conspirator in the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing of 1963.

Herman Frank Cash was born in Pinson, Alabama on 25 July 1918, and he was employed as a truck driver after serving in the US Army during World War II. Cash joined the Ku Klux Klan due to his white supremacist views, and he was believed to be one of the four conspirators responsible for the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing of 1963. Cash was arrested, but he was never charged with a crime, as he passed a polygraph test while explaining that he was not one of the bombers. He died in 1994, maintaining his innocence until the end.
