Hera was the goddess of the home in Greek mythology. One of the three sisters of Zeus and his wife, Hera was the mother of Hephaestus, Ares, and several other gods and goddesses. She was known to have been one of the goddesses that was angered by Paris of Troy's decision to choose Aphrodite as the most beautiful goddess, although many believe that Hera was the most beautiful (despite the fact that she was the goddess of cuckolded wives).
