Henry Whitaker (died 1911) was a member of the US Marshals.
Biography[]
Whitaker was a member of the US Marshals, and in 1911 he assembled a group of policemen from the city of Blackwater, Texas to hunt down John Marston, who was wanted for a bounty of over $2,000. Marston shot Whitaker and several of his men down in the Great Plains by the railroad tracks before fleeing on his horse.
