Henry Wallis (born 4 January 1925), known as "Old Man Wallis", was a former Los Angeles Police Department detective from 1945 to 2000. He lived in Blaine County, outside Los Angeles. Wallis served in both theaters of World War II alongside his brother, Robert Smith. He also served in both the Korean War and the Vietnam War as well, before being honorably discharged due to his age. Wallis was a redneck who was affiliated with the Blaine County Rednecks. He is a Republican Party member, who supported Donald Trump in 2016 and 2020; additionally, he was a conspiracy theorist.

Wallis is the uncle of "Cowboy" Bob Smith and George Marlin. He was very prejudice and bigoted, often shouting slurs or offensive comments towards people that he doesn't like, though Wallis mellowed out in his later years. Wallis was also a stuntman and actor, like his brother, Robert Smith. Henry Wallis is a direct descendant of the famous Armadillo general store owner Herbert Moon, and Wild West legend "Lakota" Bob Smith.
