
Henry Moses Pollard (14 June 1836-24 February 1904) was a member of US House of Representatives (R-MO 10) from 4 March 1877 to 3 March 1879, succeeding Rezin A. De Bolt and preceding Gideon F. Rothwell.
Biography[]
Henry Moses Pollard was born in Plymouth, Vermont in 1836, and he moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin before becoming a lawyer. He served in the 8th Vermont Infantry Regiment during the American Civil War before moved to Chillicothe, Missouri in 1865. He became Mayor in 1874 and county attorney in 1876 before serving in the US House of Representatives from 1877 to 1879, and he moved to St. Louis in 1879. He died in 1904.
