
Henry Howard Ross (9 May 1790-14 September 1862) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-NY 19) from 4 March 1825 to 3 March 1827, succeeding John Richards and preceding Richard Keese. Born in Essex, he practiced law in his hometown and served in the War of 1812, in Congress, as a county judge, and as an 1848 Whig presidential elector.
