Heman Allen Moore (27 August 1809-3 April 1844) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-OH 10) from 4 March 1843 to 3 April 1844, succeeding Samson Mason and preceding Alfred P. Stone. Born in Plainfield, Vermont, he practiced law in Columbus, Ohio before serving in Congress.
