Heinrich Schwarzenberg (1771-) was a general of Bavaria during the Napoleonic Wars.
Biography[]
Heinrich Schwarzenberg was born in Regensburg in present-day Germany in 1771 and became a general in the service of Bavaria during the French Revolutionary Wars. He lost an eye during the fighting, but was steady under fire and assisted in the repulse of the Austrian Empire's forces from his country during the Third Coalition in 1805, including at the Battle of Penzberg.
