Heather McCarthy (17 March 1975 - 2013) was an American assassin and former member of the Irish Mob. She was hired by the ICA and killed by Agent 47 from a shot to the head, instantly killing her.
Biography[]
Heather McCarthy was born on March 17, 1975, in San Francisco, California to an Irish-American family. Her father was a boxer and heavily involved in the Irish Mob, eventually recruiting her into the organization as a teenager. She was taught how to effectively fight, McCarthy becoming one of the few female debt collectors in the organization.
Unfortunately, she married a fellow gangster who constantly abused her. Eventually, she gathered the strength to fight back and brutally beat him to death. She was arrested and sentenced to ten years in Folsom State Prison, where she became well-known as an enforcer who carried out vicious assaults on fellow prisoners. McCarthy was eventually released, and quickly caught the ear of the ICA who sent LaSandra Dixon to recruit her into their organization.
She joined The Saints wetwork squad, carrying out various assassinations on assigned targets. In 2013, the Saints were sent to eliminate the rogue Agent 47, in which they failed to do. She was shot in the head, which killed her almost instantly.
