He Zi (11 December 1990-) was a Chinese diver who competed in the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, representing China.
Biography[]
He Zi was born on 11 December 1990 in Nanning, Guangxi, China. She was one of China's many talented divers, and she had a relationship with fellow diver Qin Kai for many years. In 2006, she won two silver medals in the springboard events of the Asian Games, her first medals; she would become a Chinese olympian in 2012, when she won a silver medal and a gold medal in the springboard competitions during the Summer Olympics in Beijing. On 14 August 2016, she won silver in women's three-meter springboard diving at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and she accepted a marriage proposal from Qin Kai shortly after her win.
