Hauke Wachtmeister

Hauke Wachtmeister (born 1995) was a German policeman who served in the Berlin Police during the 2010s. In 2018, he and Alina Petrović discovered the body of Turkish-German footballer Orkan Erdem in a front garden in Marzahn, and they were ordered by homicide detective Kurt Grimmer to cover up Erdem's death until a perpetrator could be identified, as news breaking about Erdem's death was likely to start a race war between Berlin's ethnic gangs. He then served as a liaison officer with the Berlin Police's homicide department for Operation Red Card, the investigation into Erdem's death.
