
Harvey Hull Johnson (7 September 1808-4 February 1896) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-OH 14) from 4 March 1853 to 3 March 1855, succeeding Alexander Harper and preceding Philemon Bliss. Born in West Rutland, Vermont, he practiced law in Akron and Ashland, Ohio before serving in Congress. He later practiced law in Winona and Owatonna in Minnesota, and he served as Mayor of Owatonna from 1867 to 1870.
