Haruda Masakiyo () was the daimyo of the Kikuchi clan in the 1180s after the death of the original Kikuchi family daimyo. He was originally a general of the cause but as the daimyo had no mature offspring, Haruda became the new clan head, and although he was aligned with the Fujiwara, he allied with the Kamakura Minamoto against the Ito.
