Harry Welles Rusk (17 October 1852-28 January 1926) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-MD 3) from 1886 to 3 March 1897, succeeding William Hinson Cole and preceding William S. Booze. Born in Baltimore, he practiced law before serving in the state house from 1876 to 1880, in the State Senate from 1882 to 1884, and in Congress from 1886 to 1897, and he died in 1926.
