Biography[]
Han Fu was the governor of Ji Province, and was one of the seventeen warlords who fought in the coalition against Dong Zhuo. After the coalition was broken, he returned to Ji Province, where Yuan Shao depended on him for grain for his troops.
Following the advice of his strategist Feng Ji, Yuan Shao pretended to be interested in splitting Jizhou in half if Gongsun Zan would help him to conquer the region, and Han Fu surrendered. He was stripped of his rank when Yuan Shao kept the province for himself, and he left for Zhang Miao.
When he heard that Zhang Miao was meeting with a messenger of Yuan Shao, he committed suicide.
