Halliday Spencer Smith (20 June 1887-26 May 1918) was an American soldier who served in the US Army's 107th Infantry Regiment, 27th Infantry Division on the Western Front of World War I. Born in Nyack, New York, he served in the New York Army National Guard before being killed in a German gas attack in France.
