Hafiz Hassan (1780-early June 1805) was a general of the Ottoman Empire. Hassan commanded an army during the Russo-Turkish War of 1805, and died in the First Battle of Troyanovo.

Hafiz Hassan was a general of the Ottoman Empire at the young age of 25, and commanded an army in Rumelia for the defense of the capital of Istanbul. Hassan fought the Russian Empire in the Russo-Turkish War of 1805, and in late May 1805 he lost the Battle of Nevestino to General Fyodor Fyodorovich Buxhoewden. A few weeks later, Hassan was defeated in the First Battle of Troyanovo, during which he was shot by a musket and killed.
