Hadis Najafi (5 January 2000-21 September 2022) was an Iranian feminist activist. Born in Karaj, she came from a family of Azeri descent, and she worked as a cashier at a restaurant in Mehrshahr before participating in the Mahsa Amini protests of 2022. She was shot six times by the IRGC during a demonstration in Mehrshahr, and she died at the hospital.
