Hachisuka Narihiro (14 October 1821 – 30 January 1868) was a Japanese nobleman and the daimyo of the Tokushima Domain from 1843 to 1868, succeeding Hachisuka Narimasa and preceding Hachisuka Mochiaki.
Biography[]
Hachisuka Narihiro was born in Edo (Tokyo), Japan on 14 October 1821, the eleventh son of shogun Tokugawa Ienari. He was adopted by the Tokushima Domain lord Hachisuka Narimasa and became family leader and daimyo in 1843, engaging in a series of reforms to address the peasant rebellions which had resulted from his father's mismanagement. He died in 1868.
