The Hôtel des Menus-Plaisirs was a hôtel particulier in Versailles, France. The Hôtel was built to house the Menus-Plaisirs du Roi, the organization responsible for preparing royal ceremonies and festivals, and King Louis XV of France ordered its construction. The Hôtel was the site of the Estates General of 1789, and, during the French Revolution, it was converted into a courthouse, barracks, and bread distribution center. Much of the historic building was destroyed in 1800, when the property was sold to a private citizen. The site became home to the Centre de Baroque Musique de Versailles, which still stands.
